Rimantas Vensas
Rimantas Vensas (born February 26, 1961 in Spruktai , Rajongemeinde Šakiai ) is a Lithuanian politician.
Life
After graduating from the Šakiai Middle School in 1979 , he graduated from the Kauno politechnikos institutas with a diploma in electrical engineering in 1985 . From 1995 to 1997 he was deputy mayor and from 1998 to 2000 mayor of Šakiai. From 1995 to 2011 he was a member of the Rajongemeinderat.
Since 1993 he has been a member of Tėvynės sąjunga - Lietuvos krikščionys demokratai .
He is married. With his wife Rasa he has the daughter Emilija and the son Adomas.
