The house at Ringstrasse 21 in Siegburg is a listed residential and commercial building in the Ringstrasse .

The representative Wilhelminian style building is kept in the style of historicism . In the stairwell there are remains of a stencil painting in the style of the earliest Art Nouveau . The left wing was built in 1887, the right in 1898. Until 1986 the house was used by the Hackelbusch family as a residence and workshop for their glazier and painters business. After it was sold in 1986 to the Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft (SEG), the building was temporarily used by the Help for Work Association and the CDU dressing room.

In 2003 the painter Jürgen Schmitz rented the building with 260 m² of living and usable space.
