The Rinspeed UC? (UC stands for Urban Commuter , dt. About commuter vehicle ) is a concept car of the Swiss vehicle manufacturer rinspeed . The car was presented at the Geneva Motor Show 2010, the Fiat 500 Topolino serves as a loose base .

The car, which is only around 2.6 meters long, is powered by a 30 kW electric motor that has a range of 105 kilometers at 75 km / h. The vehicle is controlled with a joystick instead of a steering wheel .

The top speed of 120 km / h is irrelevant for the concept vehicle, as the new transport system of the vehicle is to be presented: According to Frank M. Rinderknecht, owner of Rinspeed, the car should go into series production in the near future, and at least the urban traffic problem loosen something. This is to be done by loading the vehicles into special InterCity wagons in order to prevent traffic jams and to be able to travel more stress-free. The vehicles can be recharged at charging stations on board and are therefore immediately ready for use again after the journey.
