Risk is a monthly magazine from the financial sector. The editor-in-chief is Duncan Wood.

The magazine introduces new developments in the field, focusing on risk management , derivatives and complex financing. It includes articles and documents on credit and market risk , risk systems, evaluating swap options, risk and pricing in derivatives, regulation and asset management . The articles contain news, feature sections, comments, analyzes and math documents.

The magazine was founded in 1987 by Peter Field. It was part of the Risk Waters Group but was acquired by Incisive Media and is now owned by Infopro Digital. The sister magazine Energy Risk , which reports on energy trading and risk management, was split off in 1994. Another sister publication, Asia Risk , focuses on the Asia-Pacific region.

Risk also offers industry-related events, including the annual Risk Awards, and maintains an international conference and training program.

In 2003, Risk launched a website on “financial risk management” that offers news as part of a digital subscription.
