Robert Arnesen (born July 11, 1974 ) is a former Norwegian bandy player .

Arnesen played the longest time for the Norwegian club Mjøndalen IF , with whom he was Norwegian champions four times in a row between 2002 and 2005. In 2009/10 he played for Solberg SK and won his fifth championship here.

Until 2007 he also played for the Norwegian national team , but he did not win a World Cup medal.
