The Robert Bosch Hausgeräte GmbH produced a German company that sells equipment for kitchen and household. Since 1967, Robert Bosch Hausgeräte has been part of BSH Hausgeräte , a former joint venture between Robert Bosch GmbH (Stuttgart) and Siemens AG (Munich), which Bosch owned 100% in January 2015. BSH Hausgeräte is the market leader for household appliances in Europe.

The company is one of the license partners of Theo Klein GmbH , who also produce their products as toys.

history

In 1933 the company produced its first electric refrigerator. In 1949, Bosch brought the first sonic washer onto the market, which is immersed in the detergent solution and vibrates to remove dirt from the laundry. A streamlined refrigerator followed in 1950, and the first kitchen appliance two years later. This is followed by freezers from 1956, fully automatic washing machines from 1960, dishwashers from 1964, microwaves from 1973, infrared sensor hobs from 1997 and LiftMatic wall-mounted ovens from 2005.

In addition to refrigerators, the company's product range includes washing machines, dishwashers, stoves and smaller household appliances.
