Robert Brückner (politician)

Robert Brückner (born May 19, 1881 in Aachen , † after 1934) was a German engineer and politician ( economic party ).

Life

Robert Brückner was born the son of a state tax collector. After graduating from elementary school, he completed an apprenticeship as a mechanic, which he completed with a journeyman's examination. He then continued his education at a private school and attended the Strelitz technical center , which he left as a production engineer for electrical engineering and mechanical engineering. From 1911 he was managing director of the electrical company C. Schniewindt in Neuenrade and from 1924 owner of a company for electrotechnical installations with an attached repair workshop in Hagen . In addition to his professional activity, he was chairman of the Rheinisch-Westfälischer Bezirksverein (Association of German Electrical Installation Companies), member of the board of the Westphalian-Lippischer Handwerkerbund and a member of the Dortmund Chamber of Crafts until 1934 .

Brückner was a member of the Reichspartei des Deutschen Mittelstandes (Economic Party), for which he was a member of the Prussian state parliament from 1928 to 1932 . He represented constituency 18 (Westphalia-South).
