Robin Wood (born January 24, 1944 in New Australia , Paraguay ) is a comic book author.
Robin Wood is of Paraguayan- Australian descent and spent his childhood with his mother in Paraguay and Argentina .
He settled in Buenos Aires and started creating comics with his friend, illustrator Lucho Olivera. He soon became one of the leading comic book authors in Latin America.
Wood moved to Europe in the 1980s. There was also a successful author here, especially in Italy, where he was awarded the Yellow Kid . Wood now lives in Denmark with his Danish wife Anne-Mette and children .
