Rognholmen

Rognholmen is an uninhabited archipelago island in the Heissafjorden in Norway and belongs to the municipality of Sula in the Norwegian province of Møre og Romsdal .

It is located near the southern bank of the fjord , north of Langevåg . North of the island, the shipping route leads past the port of Ålesund , which is also nearby . Rognholmen is surrounded by other archipelago. To the east lies Lisjegåsa and south to Storholmen .

The rocky island has sparse vegetation up to a few bushes. It runs elongated from southwest to northeast over a length of about 200 meters with a width of up to about 50 meters. There is a nautical mark on its eastern end.
