Roland Dotzert
Roland Dotzert (* around 1948 ) is a German administrative officer and non-fiction author .
Live and act
Roland Dotzert was head of the main office of the city of Darmstadt . After almost 50 years in the Darmstadt administration, he retired in 2012. Dotzert is active in several Darmstadt associations (including the German Life Saving Society ).
