politics

EDU

Rolf Haller's partisan career began when he became secretary of the EDU district of Kulm in 1998. Four years later he exchanged this position with the position of secretary of the EDU Aargau. In 2011 he was elected as president of the EDU district of Kulm. He still holds this office today.

District Court of Kulm

In 2000, Rolf Haller was elected Vice President of the Kulm District Court. He was confirmed in this office in 2004, 2008 and 2012.

Great advice

On October 21, 2012, Rolf Haller was elected to the Aargau Grand Council with 1,021 votes. As a result, he has to give up his office in the Kulm District Court.

Rolf Haller's focus is on family, foreigners and energy policy.

In family policy, he advocates state support for all families, especially those with low incomes. He rejects subsidies for day schools, day care centers or lunch tables because, in his opinion, these favor certain family structures. Families who look after their children themselves should not be placed in a worse position than those who have their children looked after by others.

He advocates more restrictions in migration policy. Criminal asylum seekers are to be expelled more consistently, requirements for naturalization are to be increased and the free movement of persons with Switzerland is to be adjusted or terminated.
