Romaldas Petras Damušis
Romaldas Petras Damušis (born November 18, 1950 in Rėžgaliai , Rajongemeinde Šakiai ) is a Lithuanian lawyer and politician.
Life
After graduating from the Kiduliai Middle School in Šakiai in 1968 , Damušis did compulsory service in the Soviet Army . In 1978 he graduated from the Vilniaus valstybinis universitetas in Vilnius with a degree in law . From 1972 he worked as a mechanic in Jurbarkas , from 1973 to 1974 in Garliava in the district of Kaunas . From 1980 to 1993 he was the council chairman of the municipality and from 1995 to 1997 mayor of the Šakiai district . He has been a lawyer since 1999 .
Since 1995 he has been a member of the Lietuvos krikščionių Demokratieų partija . He is a member of Krikščionių partija .
