Romualdas Stanislovaitis (born in Lithuania ) is a Lithuanian lawyer , legal scholar , former rector of the Vilnius Business Law College , professor of business law and legal theory .

biography

Romualdas Stanislovaitis graduated from the Law Faculty of Vilnius University after graduating from high school . On 22 May 1970 he received his doctorate from the University of Tartu in the law and was a candidate in law (see. Doctor iuris ) and on 13 April 1989, he qualified as a professor at the State and Law Institute in Moscow on "customs and traditions in the legal mechanism of social Effect". Since 1974 he has taught at various universities and colleges in Lithuania. In 1990 Romualdas Stanislovaitis was appointed professor and headed the chair of law at the Vilnius Economic College (successor is Raimundas Kalesnykas , dean of the law faculty).

His fields of study include legal theory and analysis of practice. Romualdas Stanislovaitis wrote several specialist books and wrote over 50 scientific articles.
