The Roncallihaus in Magdeburg is an educational center of the Magdeburg diocese . It is recognized as a folk high school by the state of Saxony-Anhalt .

The name of the house is based on the real name of Pope John XXIII. , Angelo Giuseppe Roncalli (1881–1963), back.

This educational and conference center was built on Max-Josef-Metzger-Straße in the mid-1990s and is a gift from the Archdiocese of Paderborn to the newly established Diocese of Magdeburg .

Until the new building in the city center, the Roncallihaus was housed in an old villa on Oststrasse (near the Elbe).

Roncallihaus in Göggingen

Roncallihaus also named the Catholic Church Foundation St. Georg and Michael in the Augsburg district of Göggingen their community center, which was built in the mid-1970s. Following a resolution by the church administration in July 2013, the building was demolished and replaced by the Roncallihaus, which was completed in 2018.
