Rosegones or rosigones (singular: rosigón ) are traditional Spanish hard-baked cookies with almonds. In the Valencia region they are called rosegó de rosegar and in Castile they are called roer .

The dough consists of wheat flour, sugar, unpeeled pieces of almonds, eggs, fat and yeast, occasionally with grated lemon peel. This dough is shaped into strips about 6 centimeters wide, cut diagonally into finger-width slices after rising and baked until crispy.

The pastries have a long shelf life and look similar to the Catalan carquiñoles and the Tuscan cantuccini .
