The Rose Schwaig road 34 is a Einfirsthof in Ingolstadt district Hagau. The ground floor residential part with a steep pitched roof dates from the first half of the 19th century, the adjoining business part under the lower ridge is of more recent origin. The Einfirsthof is registered under the number D-1-61-000-554 as a listed building in the list of the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation .
