The Rosicrucian Fellowship is one of the Rosicrucian communities that emerged at the beginning of the 20th century . It was founded in the USA between 1909 and 1911 by Carl Louis Fredrik Graßhoff, known as Max Heindel . Its subtitle is: "Association of Christian Mysticism ". It is an American offshoot of anthroposophy , which is also strongly influenced by theosophy . Max Heindel heard Rudolf Steiner's esoteric lectures in Germany in 1907, among other things on Rosicrucianism. After his return to California he wrote the book The Rosicrucian Cosmo Conception (German: “The worldview of the Rosicrucians”), which was fundamental for his movement , in which he gave the anthroposophical teachings a systematized form under the heading of Rosicrucianism.

The Rosicrucian Fellowship teaches a theosophical philosophy with Christian claims as well as spiritual healing. The teachings of esoteric Christianity and philosophy are disseminated through correspondence courses. The headquarters of the Order is located in Mount Ecclesia Oceanside , California (USA). Followers can be found all over the world. They meet in centers and work in study groups.
