Rubis (ship name)
Rubis ( French : Rubin ) is the name of a number of submarines used by the French Navy :
- Rubis (1907): Rubis (Q43) was an Émeraude-class submarine (1906) and was used in the First World War. The boat was scrapped in November 1919.
- Rubis (1933) : was a Saphir-class submarine used by the Free French Navy during World War II . The boat was decommissioned in 1949 and later sank during transport for scrapping.
- Rubis (S601) : is a nuclear submarine ( SSN ) and type ship of the Rubis class from 1983.
