Rudolf von Döbbelin
Rudolf von Döbbelin (Latin Rodolfus de Dobelin ; died after 1369 ) was provost in Stendal from 1362 to 1369 and protonotary of the Mark Brandenburg from 1368 to 1369.
Life
1338 a collegiate vicar Rodolphus de Debelin was named as a witness in a document of the Halberstadt bishop , in which the city of Stendal was occupied with the interdict (church ban), 1340 in another Halberstadt document.
In 1362 Rudolf was first mentioned as provost of the collegiate monastery of St. Nikolai in Stendal. In 1363 he and his brother Heinrich were given several ownership rights by Margrave Otto von Brandenburg , he was referred to as his chaplain . In 1368 Rudolf was mentioned for the first time as Otto's protonotarius, and again in 1369 in the last document received with him.
