Rudy Ulloa

Rudy Fernando Ulloa Igor (born April 1, 1960 in Puerto Natales ) is an Argentine-Chilean media entrepreneur . He was considered a foster son and one of the closest confidante of the Argentine President Néstor Kirchner .

While Néstor Kirchner was governor of the province of Santa Cruz, Rudy Ulloa took over the television channel Canal 2 from Río Gallegos . In 2001 he founded the newspaper El Periódico Austral . Jorge Lanata stated in 2007 that Rudy Ulloa had taken over the daily Página / 12 in the meantime .
