Ruhrtalsperrengesetz

The Ruhrtalsperrengesetz of June 5, 1913 regulated the management of the Ruhr and transformed the Ruhrtalsperrenverein, founded in 1899, into a corporation under public law .

It was enacted together with the Ruhr Cleanliness Act and published in the Prussian Law Gazette ( PrGS. 1913 No. 31 p. 317; PrGS. NW. 1961 special volume p. 214). The Ruhrtalsperrengesetz (Ruhrtalsperrengesetz ) was formally repealed on June 4, 2004 by Art. 90 of the "First Law on Limiting the State Law of North Rhine-Westphalia" of May 18, 2004 ( GV. NRW . Its regulatory content was, like that of the Ruhr pollution control law previously by the "Law on the Ruhr Association (Ruhr Association Law - RuhrVG -)" of 7 February 1990 (..
