The Law and Ordinance Gazette for the State of North Rhine-Westphalia ( GV. NRW. , Until 1999 GV. NW. , Law and Ordinance Gazette NRW ) is the law gazette of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia . It appears when required and therefore at irregular intervals in Düsseldorf by A. Bagel Verlag .
In the GV. NRW. the laws and ordinances as well as international treaties falling within the legislative competence of the state are made known. The publisher of the 65th year of publication in 2011 is the state government of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Adjusted Prussian law valid in North Rhine-Westphalia from 1806 to 1945 was incorporated into the General Assembly on January 1, 1962 as a collection of the Prussian law valid in North Rhine-Westphalia . NW. recorded and with the abbreviation PrGS. NW. provided (GV. NW. 1961 p. 325, Appendix 1).
In September 1997 the electronic processing of the law and regulation gazettes began. Issues that have appeared since then can be accessed via the Internet.
