The Ministerialblatt for the state of North Rhine-Westphalia ( MBl. NRW. , Until 1999 MBl. NW. ) Is the official gazette of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia . It appears at irregular intervals, usually once a week, by A. Bagel Verlag in Düsseldorf .
Part I of the MBl. NRW. contains the publications that are included in the collection of the Ministerialblatt for the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (SMBl. NRW.). These are mainly circulars from the various ministries .
Part II contains the not included in the SMBl. NRW. publications to be recorded. These are, for example, the statutes of special-purpose associations .
In Part III, which is also accessible to everyone on the Internet free of charge, conferences and meetings are published.
The publisher of the announcement body, which will appear in the 73rd year in 2020, is the state government of North Rhine-Westphalia .
