Rui da Silva (DJ)

Rui da Silva (* 25. April 1968 in Lisbon ) is a Portuguese House - DJ and music producer .

Career

Rui da Silva started his DJ career in Lisbon in the early 1990s. In 1993 he founded the label Kaos Records with DJ Vibe and both produced various tracks as a DJ team, Underground Sound of Lisbon , which were re-released in two albums. In 1999 Rui da Silva moved to London . There he founded the label Kismet Records with his partner . Together with Chris Coco he produces under the name Coco da Silva .

In 2001 he had a number one hit on the British and Irish charts with the single Touch me .
