Runddysse 1 from Truelstrup

The round dysses 1 and 2 from Truelstrup are located southwest of Truelstrup and south of Viby in clearings in Klosterskov (forest) on the island of Zealand in Denmark . The megalithic systems from the Neolithic Age were discovered by the people of the Funnel Beaker Culture (TBK) between 3500 and 2800 BC. Built in BC.

Runddysse 1

The mound of the Runddysse 1 is about 25 m west of Ørningevej. The hill is over 1.0 m high and about 10.0 m in diameter. The polygonal chamber is roughly in the middle and consists of four bearing stones, a threshold stone, the approximately 1.5 m high capstone and three stones of the east-west oriented corridor. The approximately 20 curbs of the round hill are relatively large.

Runddysse 2

The Runddysse 2 of Truelstrup is 400 m to the south in a hill similar to No. 1 with a dolmen . It consists of two large and one small bearing stone, as well as a threshold stone in the west. The capstone is missing. Curbs have been preserved around the hill.
