Ryan David Jahn (* 1979 ) is an American author .

Life

Ryan David Jahn was born in 1979 and grew up in Arizona , Texas and California . After leaving school at the age of 16, he did a variety of odd jobs and served in the Army for some time before spending several years in the Los Angeles film and television industry .

In 2009 published Jahn his first novel Acts Of Violence (dt. An act of violence ), for which he 2010 the CWA New Blood Dagger , a prize from the Crime Writer's Association was awarded. Four more novels followed: Low Life (Eng. The second skin ), The Dispatcher (Eng. The Cop ) and The Last Tomorrow . His fifth novel, The Gentle Assassin , is scheduled to be released in September 2014 .

Ryan David Jahn currently resides in Louisville , Kentucky with his wife, Jessica, and their two daughters, Matilda and Francine .
