Sándor Szakácsi (born May 20, 1952 in Budapest , Hungary , † March 7, 2007 there ) was a Hungarian actor and voice actor .
He graduated from the Budapest Film and Drama School in 1974 and then played in the Szolnok Theater . Later he was hired at Vígszínház in Budapest , where he worked until 1987. Until his death he played in the old Hungarian National Theater ( Nemzeti Színház ) and in the Pest Hungarian Theater ( Pesti Magyar Színház ).
He was best known for film roles such as István, a király , Colonel Redl , and Peer Gynt . He was also the Hungarian voice of Jeremy Irons and Dr. House .
