Sören Grahn is a Swedish curler .

Grahn made his international debut at the Junior World Championships in 1979 in Moose Jaw , but he remained without a medal. 1982 won the Fredericton gold medal and was junior world champion.

Grahn was a substitute for the Swedish team in the XV. 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics in curling. Skip Dan-Ola Eriksson's team finished fifth.
