Sōji-ji

The Sōji-ji ( Japanese 總 持 寺 ) is next to the Eihei-ji the second main temple of the Japanese Sōtō-shū .

Formerly a monastery of the Hossō-shū , the Sōji-ji became a center of the Sōtō-shū after Keizan Jōkin was appointed abbot in 1321.

The current location of the monastery is Yokohama ( Kanagawa Prefecture ).
