SEED is an encryption algorithm developed by the South Korean KISA (Korea Information Security Agency) in 1998 .
SEED works with block encryption . The block size and key length are 128 bits. The algorithm corresponds to a Feistel network with 16 rounds and two 8x8 S-boxes .
