SNCF 230 G
The Series 230 G of the French state railway SNCF included three different types of Tender - steam locomotives the wheel arrangement 2 'C, commissioned by predecessor companies commissioned and adopted by the founding of the SNCF from those:
- 230 G 101 to 117, formerly S 10 1 No. 1101 to 1117 of the Reichseisenbahnen in Alsace-Lorraine and the administration des chemins de fer d'Alsace et de Lorraine (AL)
- 230 G 118 to 122, type S 10 1 , came to AL after the armistice of 1918 as 1118 to 1122
- 230 G 201 to 264 and 312 to 370, first PO 4200 No. 4201 to 4370 of the Compagnie du chemin de fer de Paris à Orléans (PO), then No. 230-201 to 230-264 and 230-312 to 230-370 of the Compagnie du chemin de fer de Paris à Orléans et du Midi (PO-MIDI)
- 230 G 801 to 883, formerly ETAT 3800 No. 3801 to 3883 of the Chemins de fer de l'État (ETAT).
In the years 1924/25, 21 machines of the 4200 series were sold to Morocco by the PO. In 1934, 41 locomotives went to ETAT and were later assigned to the 230 K series . The locomotives 230 G 352 and 353 were preserved.
