SVT1 , actually svt1 , is a television station owned by the Swedish public broadcaster Sveriges Television . The broadcast began in 1956 under the name TV 1 , changed to channel 1 in 1987 . The program consists mainly of films, series and sports. However, documentaries and business programs are also broadcast. The main news is broadcast between 7:30 pm and 8:00 pm under the name Rapport .
