Saç Kavurma

Saç kavurma or Çoban kavurma

Saç Kavurma is a Turkish dish .

This dish consists of pieces of lamb that are fried in a Turkish pan (saç) with onions , paprika and hot peppers , bulgur and salad are often served as a side dish, as well as fresh bread that is dipped in the oil in the sac. The dish is served in the pan at the table.

Saç Kavurma is one of the traditional specialties of Turkish cuisine and can also be found on the menus of Turkish restaurants in Germany.
