Sadiqabad is an industrial and agricultural city. There are no villages around Sadiqabad, there are only fields with many irrigation channels. The fertile soil allows wheat, cotton, sugar cane and oranges to flourish. The town produces manure, textiles and medicines, and operates sugar mills and other factories.
