Saeldes Sanc was founded in 2011 by the singer Hannah Wagner. The band performed at the Leipzig Wave-Gotik-Treffen and at the Rudolstadt-Festival and is supported by Ernst Horn as a live and studio musician as well as a producer.

The Middle High German name of the group can be translated as song of bliss .
