Said Aqil Siradj
Said Aqil Siradj (born July 3, 1953 ) is the chairman (tanfidziyah) of the Central Board of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) with about 30 million members, the largest independent Muslim organization in Indonesia and one of the world's most influential Islamic organizations. He was elected for a five-year term and began chairing in March 2010.
