The Saint-Félicien de Lamastre is a French raw milk cheese made from goat milk . It is a Fermier cheese that is only made from the milk that the cheese-maker himself holds. The cheese is very soft and mild. The soft cheese is not pressed during production and matures with a natural rind. This cheese is matured for at least two weeks.

The cheese is sold as a loaf with a diameter of eight to 10 centimeters. The fat content in the dry matter is 45%. This cheese is available from spring to autumn.
