Saint Michel (Monaco)
Saint Michel is a northern residential area in the center of the Principality of Monaco . The district is one of the ten modern administrative districts of Monaco.

Saint Michel is located in the north of the country, a little above Monte Carlo . Saint Michel is generally considered part of Monte Carlo, although it is a separate administrative district. It runs right along the neighboring French town of Beausoleil , as well as the districts of Monégasque , La Condamine and Les Moneghetti .
Demographics
Saint Michel is the third most populous municipality in Monaco and the fourth smallest in terms of land size. Saint Michel has 3,907 inhabitants and is 0.14 km² in size.
There are two state schools and two private schools in this district.

Saint Michel is mostly residential, but there are also a dozen small hotels, bed and breakfasts, boutiques, and restaurants.

Due to the location of Saint Michel - outside the city center - housing prices are lower than in the center. On average even 10% to 15% cheaper than in the neighboring districts of Monte Carlo or La Condamine. Saint Michel also has a high volume of car dealerships.
