Sakaki Kuroda

Sakaki Kuroda ( Japanese 黒 娜 さ か き , Kuroda Sakaki ; * March 25th ) is a Japanese manga artist . In her works she mostly deals with the life of homosexual men.

Kuroda works for the magazines Edge , Opera (both published by Akane Shinsha Publishing) and Marble ( Tōkyō Mangasha ), which specialize in the publication of Yaoi mangas. Like another employee of Opera magazine, Natsume Ono , the author also draws for the alternative manga magazine Ikki . In Ikki since the April edition will be published in 2007 her series Seishun♂Sobatto ( 青春♂ソバット ), includes the previously two volumes.

In addition to Seishun♂Sobatto , three books by the illustrator have been published; the two boys love volumes Tora no Hatsukoi ( ト ラ の 初恋 , 2004 by Shobunkan ) and Koi no Kuchibi ( 恋 の 口 火 , 2006 by Akane Shinsha) and the cat manga Neko Mocchiri ( 猫 も っ ち り ). Koi no Kuchibi was also published by Kappa Edizioni in Italy under the title La scintilla dell'amore .
