Sakar International, Inc is a US manufacturer and distributor of consumer electronics, computer accessories, and digital photography and accessories for a mass market. In 2008, Sakar acquired the Vivitar brand and in March 2009 the Kodak brand for photo products. Sakar also has merchandising agreements for the Crayola, Hello Kitty, Star Wars, Leap Frog, Spider-Man, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, Jeep, Made for iPod, and For Dummies brands. Sakar manufactures auxiliary lenses that are sold under the Digital Optics brand .
