Salm Club

The Salmklub (French Club de Salm ) was a political club at the time of the Board of Directors . It got its name from the conference venue, the Hôtel de Salm . The initiator of the conservative circle was Madame de Stael, the daughter of the former finance minister Jacques Necker . The most famous member was the writer and politician Benjamin Constant .
