Saman Salur
Saman Salur (also Saman Salour or Saman Saloor; Persian سامان سالور; * 1976 in Borudscherd , Iran) is an Iranian film producer , screenwriter and film director .
Residents of Silent Land (English title) was his first feature film . He was awarded at the International Film Festival in Kiev, Ukraine. Several Kilos of Dates for Burial Ceremony (English title) received the 2006 jury's special prize, the Silver Leopard, at the Locarno International Film Festival .
