The Samaritan Institutions in Fürstenwalde / Spree are a social institution in the east of Brandenburg .
history
The non-profit foundation was founded in 1892 with the purpose of exercising mercy on minors and the poor of all kinds regardless of denomination, as well as training workers for mercy service .
To this end, the foundation operates homes for children, young people and adults with disabilities, an elderly care facility, vocational rehabilitation facilities for the severely disabled, assisted outpatient living for people with mental disabilities, special schools for children and young people with mental and physical disabilities, and vocational schools for social services , a deaconess mother house and a day care center.
