Hans-Christian Petzoldt

Hans-Christian Petzoldt (* approx. 1953 ) is a German curative educator.

Life

Petzoldt became a curative educator in the GDR and came in 1976 as a teacher in the special children's home in Bad Freienwalde (Oder) (Märkisch-Oderland), from 1980 to 1982 he studied rehabilitation science. 1989 doctorate Petzoldt at the Humboldt University in Berlin for doctor paedagogicae (Dr. paed.). From 1990 to 2010 he headed the Korczak School, Protestant Technical School and Vocational School for Social Work in the Samaritan Institutions in Fürstenwalde . For many years, Petzoldt was a member of the board of the Samariteranstalten Fürstenwalde Foundation . Since 2005 he has been honorary professor at the University of Hanover . In 2010 he graduated as an "Academic Systemic Pedagogue" from the Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt / Austria. From 2010 to 2012 Petzoldt was the founding rector of the DPFA Hochschule Sachsen in Zwickau, a private university with courses in the field of social and health sciences. Since 2013 he has been head of the education division of the Stephanus Foundation Berlin and managing director of Stephanus Bildung gGmbH and from 2016 as head of the Stephanus Academy.
