The DPFA Hochschule Sachsen was a private university in Leipzig with a focus on social and health sciences .

The university was sponsored by the "DPFA-Schools non-profit GmbH", a company of the DPFA Academy Group. It can look back on over 25 years of education with over 3000 pupils and students annually.

The university was recognized by the state.

It was closed in 2018.

courses

From 2012, the university offered the Childhood Education course full-time or part-time. Other full-time courses were curative education and health management . Upon successful completion, the graduates received the academic title Bachelor of Arts (BA) after six semesters of standard study time .

Special features: For successful completion of the Childhood Education course, you received state recognition as a childhood educator and in the curative education course you received state recognition as a curative educator. With the successful completion of the degree, this recognition entitles them to work in all positions in a corresponding company.
