Collection of labor law decisions (Austria)
The collection of labor law decisions (Arb (Slg)) is a collection of labor law decisions of the Austrian Supreme Court . It includes decisions on material employment contract law , labor constitution law , procedural law and decisions on special laws such as the Home Work Act. The collection is published by Helmuth Tades , published by the Manz'sche publishing and university bookstore . Since 1978 it can also be queried in the legal database (RDB).
