The Austrian Labor Constitution Act of 1974 is a labor code , i.e. a compilation of Austrian labor law . In addition to the collective agreement and arbitration system, minimum wages and protection against dismissal, it also codifies the status, rights and obligations of the Austrian and European works councils .
