Sampson Boafo
Sampson Kwaku Boafo is the incumbent Ghanaian Minister of State for Culture and Chiefs Affairs. Boafo is a trained lawyer and has been on the list of lawyers in Ghana since 1973.
Boafo was Regional Minister of the Ashanti Region until May 2006 . As a member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Boafo is a member of the Ghanaian parliament for the constituency of Subin. Among other things, Boafo has pursued the plan to train Ghanaian chiefs at a Royal College for Chiefs, thus giving them a good basis in law and administration.
