San Miguel is an Argentine city ​​in the metropolitan area of ​​the capital Buenos Aires , the Gran Buenos Aires .

The city is located about 30 kilometers northwest of central Buenos Aires and is the capital of the Partido San Miguel , which according to the 2001 census had 253,086 inhabitants.
