Sanabares (Parthian)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Sanabares was a Parthian antagonist who ruled from around 50 to 65 AD.

He is only known from his coins that were minted in Merv , which was his capital.

In the Indo-Parthian kingdom there was also a ruler named Sanabares . There is a possibility that both rulers are one and the same person.
